Our Goal
Real Estate Acquisition
Our goal is to simplify the process of selling real estate for all involved by making the transaction as smooth & simple as possible. We accomplish this by purchasing the property ourselves or presenting it to a partner within our network that can see the value in the property & allow them to purchase the property.
Value Add Consulting
On occasion we are contacted by a property owner that wants to sell their property, but we are simply not a good fit to purchase the property in its current condition. However, we may see ways to add value to the property & increase the amount the seller can eventually sell the property for. In these cases we simply are hired as a consultant & our compensation is based on a percentage of the value added. From rezoning, to subdividing, or at times slight aesthetic tweaks, if there is value to be added, we can likely find a solution!
